4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 cups of baby spinach/salad greens of your choice
1/2 red onion – peeled and finely sliced
2 cups of cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup of black olives
1/2 cup of feta cheese
4 pita bread

Ensure you have all the ingredients sorted out. Slice the tomatoes and olives into halves. You can always add more of any flavor you enjoy but keep that for the end.
