You may keep a little of this blend away for the salad dressing and use the rest to marinate the chicken breasts. Make sure you have nicely coated the chicken with it, leave no spot. Bring The Grill Out
Heat the grill pan to 400 F. Once the chicken has turned into a Mediterranean island of flavor, set it gently on the warm pan. Grill each side for 5 minutes. You’ll know its done right when the pink turns to a warm color.
Let The Salad Shine: Mediterranean Chicken Salad
In a bowl, bring together some spinach or any salad green. Toss in some cherry tomatoes, red onion – sliced, olives and of course the feta cheese. A good salad is always good looking, let the colors peak the aesthetic. Pour in the dressing kept aside from before and viola!

Take a little effort in a presentation by slicing the breasts lengthwise. Use the salad as a base and then place the chicken over it. Pour some extra dressing over your plate and maybe sprinkle some spices that intrigue your senses.
