One-fourth cup of chopped green olives
3 Cloves of minced garlic
2 Cups of grape tomato that is made into halves
Half cup of white wine
2 tablespoon of lemon juice
6 Oz of whole wheat gobbet, rotini or penne pasta
10 Oz of packed frozen artichoke hearts, defrosted and dried
4 Tablespoon of divided extra virgin oil
2 A teaspoon of grated lemon zest
2 teaspoon of freshly chopped rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, divided.
Half teaspoon of salt that is divided
Half teaspoon of freshly grounded pepper
For garnishing use half a cup of chopped fresh basil or parsley.

Heat the grill to medium-high.
In the second step, toss the tuna pieces adding 1 tablespoon of oil, lemon zest. Also add rosemary, dried or fresh according to your choice, One-fourth teaspoon of salt and pepper.
