In respect to Kebab Hindi or Baked Kebab in Tomato Sauce, it is simply a Mughal dish which is served as an appetizer. Delicious to taste, originally originated from the Arab, Middle Eastern. Before being baked all together these flavourful kebabs get cooked in tomato onion sauce. This can be served as an appetizer or as a main course with rice or pita bread. It takes around 35 minutes, 15 minutes preparation time and 20 minutes of cooking time.
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 10 ripped tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon each of tomato paste, salt
- ½ tablespoon condiments
- 1 lb grounded beef
Process To Cook
- Preheat the oven to 350, on the other hand, add salt, pepper to the beef, mix well and give it a shape of a kebab
- On medium heat, add oil, tomatoes, onion, salt, all the paste and stir on low heat for a thick paste
- Cook kebab till brown, then add sauce
- Cover it and put it in the oven for 20 minutes
- Garnish and serve
